Shipping & Freight Information
All mail, fax, and telephone orders received before
3:00 p.m. are processed for shipment immediately
and will ship on or before the next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the
next business day.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise
specified. Air services are not available for any
liquid products. Packages should be inspected for
any damage upon delivery and the delivery agent notified
before they leave your site. Freight charges are
the responsibility of the customer and will be added
to all orders. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Fragra*Matics
unless specified otherwise. Claims are the responsibility
of the consignee. UPS Ground fees are subject to
change without notice. And any quote of freight charges
by a sales person is an estimate only and may vary
at the time of delivery.
Customer Pick Up Orders
We will attempt to contact any customers who have not
picked up orders, backorders or repair orders that
are available. Orders left over 30 days may be shipped
and billed, including freight charges. We cannot be
responsible for items left over 60 days
