Returns Policy
To return products, please call Fragra*Matics Customer
Service at 1-800-643-1574 to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA #). Return items must be shipped
prepaid. We suggest you ship the products to us in
their original packaging and insure shipment. Please
understand that Fragra*Matics cannot be responsible
for loss or damage during return shipment to Fragra*Matics.
Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of
receipt of order and must be in as-new condition,
complete with all manuals, parts and accessories
as sold originally. Items ordered incorrectly are
subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. All return
orders must include the RMA# on the package for proper
processing. Returns without a valid RMA# will not
be processed and will be returned to the shipper.
No returns will be accepted freight collect.
