Q: What is covered under my warranty and
how do I get a warranty replacement part?
A: Fragramatics provides a limited one-year warranty
excluding exterior hose and handle assemblies which
are subject to wear and tear. If you suspect your
unit is still under warranty, we must have the vacuum’s
serial number to verify date manufactured.
Q: If I lost my keys, how can I get a replacement?
A: You can call Fragramatics with the serial number
of the vacuum to verify ownership.
Q: What is the difference between “Blue
Label”, “Green Label”, and “Red
Label” fragrances?
A: Blue Label fragrances are water based and are
freeze protected to 20°F. Green Label and Red
Label fragrances are solvent (oil) based and are
freeze protected to -40°F. Red Label fragrances
are intended for use in the Full Service dispenser
only.
Q: When should I change to “Winter
Formula” shampoo?
A: When temperatures are consistently below freezing.
Q: Can I use colored water or fragrance
in my bubbling visual display?
A: Only use Fragramatics Visual fluid in the display.
Q: Can I buy equipment and products directly
from Fragramatics or do I need to go through a
Distributor?
A: We sell all equipment and products factory direct,
but for installation and service please contact an
authorized Distributor in your area.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Equipment is built to order and usually takes
4-6 weeks. Parts and chemical orders are processed
during normal business hours, Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00(closed from 12:00-1:00 for lunch)and Friday 8:00-12:00. In stock items typically ship
the next business day, except on Fridays when the
warehouse is closed.
